Al-Houthi warns Saudi Arabia: Airport at airport These are the results of stopping Riyadh airport for one day.

In a fiery speech delivered by Mr. Abdul-Malik Al-Houthi yesterday, Sunday, on the occasion of the new Hijri year, the leader of Ansar Allah issued a strong warning to the Saudi regime regarding its continued aggressive economic steps against Yemen. Al-Houthi stressed that Sanaa will respond to every step in a similar manner, vowing by saying: “We will meet banks with banks, Riyadh Airport with Sanaa Airport, and ports with port.” Al-Houthi added that the Americans are trying to implicate Saudi Arabia after their military failure, warning that transferring banks from Sanaa and disrupting Sanaa Airport are crazy steps that serve Israel and are carried out in obedience to America. He stressed that these measures will greatly harm the Saudi economy if Sanaa carries out its threats, noting that Riyadh may lose billions of dollars as a result of the economic escalation. Al-Houthi explained that Yemen will not stand idly by in the face of these steps, and will work to confront the aggression by all possible means, stressing that Yemen’s preoccupation with supporting Gaza does not mean an inability to respond to Saudi moves. He concluded by saying: “Whoever believes that he can exterminate our people through hunger, disease, and epidemics is mistaken.” This strongly worded threat prompts the question of what – for example – King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh represents for Saudi Arabia and its economy, what services it provides, the flights operated by the airport, the number of passengers served by the airport, and the economic cost and losses that Saudi Arabia will incur if it stops. Riyadh Airport for only one day due to its targeting and destruction of its infrastructure by the Yemeni armed forces in response to the continued Saudi escalation against Sanaa Airport.
